What do I need to send you?
Your raw footage, any logos or brand assets, and a few reference videos you like. A short note on the goal of the video helps too.
How long does an edit take?
It depends on length. Shorts usually come back within a few days and long-form videos take a bit longer. You get an exact date before we start.
How many revisions do I get?
Every project includes revisions so the final video is right. We agree the number on the call.
What software do you use?
Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion, Photoshop for thumbnails.
Can I order thumbnails without editing?
Yes. Thumbnails are a separate service and you can order them on their own.
How do payments work?
We agree the price on the call. Payment details and terms are shared before work starts.
